JEYA Headwear is a professional headwear manufacturer and supplier based in South China since 2008. We specialize in customizing high-quality caps and hats for global clients, including fashion and apparel brands, sports and racing brands, outdoor and leisure brands, distributors, gift companies, and trading firms. All of our partners maintain long-term, stable cooperation with us.
Shenzhen JEYA serves as our sales and marketing company, while Dongguan JEYA is our production base covering 30,000 square feet. To optimize costs and enhance production capacity, we have also established branch factories covering 30,000 square feet in Guizhou. With around 150 skilled and well-trained employees and a full set of advanced equipment—including Barudan, Tajima, Juki, Brother, and more—our monthly production capacity reaches up to 250,000 units. Lead time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on styles and order quantities. Meanwhile, we support new clients with a low minimum order quantity of just 144 units per style.
Our product range includes baseball caps, snapback caps, washed dad caps, trucker caps, golf caps, racing caps, bucket hats, running caps, camper caps, sports caps, military caps, visors, knitted hats and beanies, straw hats, fedora hats, and more. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries across North & South America, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, Australia, and other regions.
Our factory is ISO & BSCI certified, and our products pass various international testing standards including Intertek & SGS. Systematic quality management and a full-process QC system ensure that both product quality and delivery schedules fully satisfy our customers.
